77aco Terms & Conditions — Platform Rules and Player Agreement

Eligibility Conditions

• 1.1You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform.
• 1.2You must be acting as an individual in your own personal capacity and not on behalf of any third party, corporate entity, or business.
• 1.3You must not be a current or former 77aco employee, affiliate, agent, contractor, or a close family member of any such person.
• 1.4You must provide accurate, truthful and complete information during registration. Providing false details constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

Registration and KYC Rules

• 2.1You must provide a valid, unique email address and mobile phone number during registration. These details will be used for account communications and security verification.
• 2.277aco may require you to complete identity verification (KYC) before processing withdrawals or at any time at 77aco's discretion. Required documents may include a government-issued photo ID and proof of address.
• 2.3You are responsible for keeping your login credentials (username and password) strictly confidential. You must not share your account credentials with any other person. 77aco accepts no liability for losses caused by unauthorised access where the Player has failed to maintain credential confidentiality.
• 2.4If you believe your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must notify 77aco immediately at [email protected]. 77aco will investigate all reported security incidents and may temporarily suspend your account during any investigation.
• 2.577aco reserves the right to close any account that has been inactive (no login, deposit, or wagering activity) for a period of twelve consecutive months, following reasonable advance notice to the registered email address associated with the account.

Deposit and Withdrawal Conditions

• 3.1The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Maximum single transaction limits may apply and will be displayed at the time of the transaction.
• 3.2All withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit unless 77aco specifically approves an alternative method following a valid KYC request.
• 3.377aco will process withdrawal requests within 24 hours of approval. Actual transfer times depend on the selected payment method: bKash and Nagad withdrawals are typically credited within minutes; bank transfers may take 1-3 Bangladesh Standard Time (BST) business days.
• 3.4Deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. 77aco does not accept third-party deposits. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party account will be reversed and the associated account may be suspended pending investigation.
• 3.577aco is not responsible for any delays, failures or charges imposed by your payment provider. If a deposit fails to credit your 77aco account within two hours, contact 77aco support with the transaction reference number.

Bonus Terms

• 4.1All bonuses are credited to your 77aco account as bonus funds, not withdrawable cash, until wagering requirements are satisfied. Wagering requirements will be specified for each individual bonus offer.
• 4.2Each player is entitled to claim a welcome bonus once only, at the time of first deposit. Attempting to claim a welcome bonus more than once using multiple accounts or payment methods constitutes fraud and will result in account closure.
• 4.377aco reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Bonuses that have already been credited and whose wagering requirements are partially met will not be retroactively altered except in cases of suspected fraud or abuse.
• 4.4Bonuses may only be used for wagering on eligible games as specified in the individual bonus terms. Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts, converted to cash, or used to wager on excluded games or markets.
• 4.5Free spin winnings are subject to the wagering requirements stated in the applicable promotion. Free spins will expire within the period stated in the promotion terms if not used within that time.

Prohibited Activities

• 5.1Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other non-human means to interact with the Platform, place bets, claim bonuses, or extract data is strictly forbidden.
• 5.2Colluding with other players, dealers or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market is prohibited.
• 5.3Using the Platform for any money laundering activity, including structuring deposits to avoid detection, is strictly prohibited and will be reported to the appropriate authorities.
• 5.4Exploiting any software error, bug, or glitch in the Platform to gain a financial advantage is prohibited. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a technical error will be voided and the account may be suspended.
• 5.5Opening or operating multiple accounts, whether in your own name or using aliases, false identities, or third-party details, is a material breach of these Terms and will result in all associated accounts being permanently closed with balances forfeited.

Responsible Gaming Tools and Rules

• 6.1Players may set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits on their account at any time via the account settings panel. Deposit limit reductions take effect immediately. Deposit limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period before taking effect.
• 6.2Session time reminders are available to all players. Players may set a reminder to be notified after a specified period of continuous play. 77aco also displays a session duration indicator within the logged-in account interface.
• 6.3Self-exclusion is available to any 77aco player who wishes to temporarily or permanently suspend their account. Self-exclusion periods of 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 1 year and permanent exclusion are available. Self-exclusion requests are processed by 77aco within 24 hours and take effect no later than the following business day.
• 6.477aco strictly prohibits gaming by persons under the age of 21. If you are aware of a minor attempting to access the Platform, please notify 77aco immediately at [email protected]. 77aco may conduct age verification checks at any time and reserves the right to suspend any account where the account holder's age cannot be confirmed.

Liability Limitations

• 8.177aco shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption of service, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise.
• 8.277aco does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free or virus-free operation of the Platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance periods may result in temporary Platform unavailability. 77aco will endeavour to minimise any service disruption and will communicate planned maintenance windows in advance where reasonably practicable.
• 8.377aco's total aggregate liability to any individual player in respect of any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player to their 77aco account in the thirty calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Suspension and Termination Conditions

• 9.1Upon account closure for breach of these Terms, all bonus balances will be immediately forfeited. Any remaining real-money balance following investigation will be handled in accordance with the specific circumstances of the breach, and 77aco will communicate its determination to the player within 14 business days.
• 9.2Players who wish to close their own account voluntarily may do so by contacting 77aco support at [email protected]. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Any real-money balance remaining in the account at the time of closure will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to satisfactory completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
• 9.377aco may suspend an account pending investigation where suspicious activity is detected, without being required to disclose the specific reason for the suspension to the account holder during the investigation period. 77aco will conclude all account investigations within 30 calendar days and communicate a final determination to the player.
